Phew! Another Record Breaking M4Max in the Books First, thank you to all 3,100+ participants…

We’re now well into the Friday afternoon broadcast and many of you, I’m sure, haven’t looked up from your desk all day — and you’ve remained completely focused at work.
This is my first guest post about the action on the course — trust me, I understand the situation. After Chris posted his Round 2 update this morning, I received an email from my best friend, Brad Byers. Brad reminded me why he is such a good friend and wrote, “The bar is high…don’t [descriptive verb] it up. ?” Thanks, Brad.
Below you’ll find a resource that could come in handy today and through the weekend. Whether or not you actually use this for competitive purposes, as a drinking game or otherwise, it’s worth reading the entries.
Right now we have an outright leading M4M team, Renee Sanden 4, at -21, with five other teams at -20. The leading team, picked by Adam Sanden, has three players who’ve already finished their rounds (Brooks Koepka, Ian Poulter, and Jason Day), so we can expect plenty of movement on our leaderboard for the next few hours.
On the course we have a four-way tie for the lead at -7. Among the leaders is a man named Justin Harding, who until this week was a bartender in Augusta.
Tiger just drained the first birdie of the day at number 11 and then staked it at number 12 — and I hope desperately my brother Chris was not there to see it.
And just like that — play has been suspended due to a bolt of lightning.
In big news to our own contest, Justin Rose and Sergio Garcia are both in danger of missing the cut, slamming the trunk tonight, and dashing the hopes of hundreds of M4M teams.
Will update when play resumes!
